目的探讨血清脑利钠肽(BNP)浓度在儿童心力衰竭(心衰)时的变化及诊断价值。方法应用ELISA法测定40例心衰患儿(心衰组)和30例无心衰患儿(对照组)的血清BNP浓度,采用二维超声心动图测定相应的左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)值。结果心衰组血清BNP为(426.73±249.73)pg/ml,明显高于对照组的(36.00±4.08)pg/ml(P<0.05)。BNP水平与NYHA分级和改良ROSS标准呈正相关(P<0.01),与EF、FS呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论测定血清BNP浓度有助于早期诊断儿童心力衰竭。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical value of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels in children with heart failure (heart failure). Methods Serum BNP levels in 40 children with heart failure (HF) and 30 children without HF (control group) were measured by ELISA. The corresponding left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) was measured by two-dimensional echocardiography. , Left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) value. Results Serum BNP was (426.73 ± 249.73) pg / ml in heart failure group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (36.00 ± 4.08) pg / ml (P <0.05). The level of BNP was positively correlated with NYHA classification and improved ROSS (P <0.01), but negatively correlated with EF and FS (P <0.01). Conclusion The determination of serum BNP concentration is helpful for early diagnosis of heart failure in children.
