在当前受端负荷中心缺乏电源支持、负荷高度集中的情况下,大容量静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)对于增加受端负荷母线动态无功支撑、提高电压稳定性具有重要意义。文中提出了一种大容量STATCOM的系统控制策略,设计了与变电站内固定电容器组配合的稳态调压控制策略、具有非线性增益的暂态电压控制策略,以及线路功率反馈的附加阻尼控制策略。此外,根据电压检测、电网故障判断、站内并联补偿状态等信息优化选取STATCOM运行模式,将多种控制功能有机协调。数字仿真试验和实际故障录波结果验证了文中所设计系统控制策略的合理性。所提出的控制策略已应用于南方电网±200Mvar链式STATCOM工程中。
At present, STATCOM is of great importance to increase the dynamic reactive power support of end load busbar and improve the voltage stability under the condition of lack of power support and high load concentration in the end load center. In this paper, a system control strategy of high capacity STATCOM is proposed. The steady voltage regulation strategy, the transient voltage control strategy with nonlinear gain and the additional damping control strategy of line power feedback are designed. . In addition, according to the voltage detection, grid fault judgment, station parallel compensation status and other information optimization select STATCOM operating mode, a variety of control functions of organic coordination. The results of digital simulation test and actual fault recording verify the rationality of the system control strategy designed in this paper. The proposed control strategy has been applied to ± 200Mvar chain STATCOM project of China Southern Power Grid.
