目的:了解河北省农村贫困孕产妇住院分娩费用的现状,为农村孕产妇住院分娩补助项目的开展和执行提出建议。方法:对河北省2008年度接受住院分娩救助的孕产妇进行住院分娩费用的回顾性调查。结果:选择不同住院分娩地点、分娩方式对住院分娩费用产生很大的影响;县医院与乡镇卫生院住院分娩费用相比较,顺产和剖宫产都存在着统计学差异(P<0.05),县医院与县妇幼保健院在顺产时产生的费用存在统计学差异(P<0.05),县妇幼保健院和乡镇卫生院的剖宫产的费用存在统计学差异(P<0.05),接受救助金额对住院分娩费用的产生有着显著影响。结论:更好地利用基层的卫生资源,控制住院分娩医疗费用增长的趋势,促进“孕补”项目和新农合两种制度在各方面的有机结合,有利于保证农村孕产妇医疗保障制度的可持续发展。
