目的:研究日常烧菜油烟中十一烷、十二烷、十八烷、二十烷4种烷烃混合物一次性吸附、一次分离的定量分析方法。方法:采用溶剂解吸型活性炭采样管吸附油烟后,进行溶剂(CS2)解析,样品在气相色谱上用毛细管柱进行分离,外标法峰面积定量,分析这4种烷烃化合物的含量。结果:上述4种物质的回归曲线相关系数均大于0.998,样品平均解析率为85%~98%,相对标准偏差为0.76%~1.6%,检出限在0.10μg/mL~0.20μg/mL之间。结论:该方法可以一次进样快速检测上述烷烃在油烟中的含量,简便、准确,重现性好。
Objective: To study the quantitative analysis method of one-time adsorption and single separation of four alkane mixtures of undecane, dodecane, octadecane and eicosane in daily cooking soot. Methods: Solvent desorption activated charcoal sampling tube was used to adsorb soot, then solvent (CS2) was analyzed. The samples were separated by capillary gas chromatography on a gas chromatograph and the peak area was quantified by external standard method. The contents of these four alkanes were analyzed. Results: The correlation coefficients of the regression curves of the above four substances were all greater than 0.998, the average resolution of the samples was 85% -98%, the relative standard deviation was 0.76% -1.6%, and the detection limit was 0.10μg / mL ~ 0.20μg / mL between. Conclusion: This method can be used to quickly detect the content of alkanes in fume by single injection, which is simple, accurate and reproducible.
