肺炎支原体(MP)是呼吸道感染尤其是下呼吸道感染的常见病原体之一,约10%～30%的社区获得性肺炎是由MP所致。2007年2月至2008年1月我院儿科共收治MP肺炎患儿156例,经采取对因、对症及其他综合治疗措施,取得了良好的效果。现将诊治体会总结如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料我院儿科 Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is one of the common pathogens of respiratory tract infections, especially lower respiratory tract infections. About 10-30% of community-acquired pneumonia is caused by MP.
