基于茶多酚的紫外吸收特性提出了一种快速测量茶多酚含量的方法。利用Y型光纤搭建了用于快速测量茶多酚含量的测量系统,通过测量两个深度的反射光强对应的电压V1和V2,然后求取ln(V2/V1)值,建立了茶多酚浓度与测量结果 ln(V2/V1)之间的定标模型。方法的定量限为0.83 mg/L,检出限为0.27 mg/L,对检验集中样品茶多酚浓度进行了预测,预测的回收率在96.6%~108.2%之间,同时实现了市售不同品牌茶饮料中茶多酚含量的快速有效测量。
Based on the UV absorption characteristics of tea polyphenols, a rapid method for measuring the content of tea polyphenols was proposed.
