在全国师范教育深化体制改革的今天,农村小学音乐教师的培养模式及其现状出现了许多新的问题和矛盾。扩招进程的加速与发展、专业高考培训的高昂费用、大学教育的收费制度等现实原因,导致一般师范院校流失了一大批优质寒门子弟。自主就业政策的推行,使得大多音乐教育专业的师范毕业生即使留在城市改行或在私立学校打工兼课也不愿意去农村小学担任音乐教师。
In deepening the system reform in normal education in our country, many new problems and contradictions have emerged in the cultivation mode of rural elementary school music teachers and their current situation. The expansion of the process of enrollment acceleration and development, the high cost of professional college entrance examination training, tuition fees for university education and other practical reasons, leading to the loss of a large number of ordinary normal colleges cold quality children. Since the introduction of the independent employment policy, most teachers of music education majors do not want to go to rural primary schools as music teachers even if they stay in cities or work in private schools.
