《安全系统工程》是一门新兴的边缘学科,它是采用系统工程的方法,研究、解决事故预测,事故分析以及系统的安全性评价等方面的问题。由于它把现代的科学技术应用于安全工作中,与过去传统的安全管理方法比较,具有分析准确、效率高、目标突出等优点。国内外推广《安全系统工程》的实践表明,采用《安全系统工程》的方法后,可迅速降低事故发生率,有效地改善系统的安全状态。
“Safety system engineering” is a new edge discipline, which is a systematic engineering approach to research and solve the problems of accident prediction, accident analysis and system safety evaluation. Because it applies modern science and technology to safety work, it has the advantages of accurate analysis, high efficiency and outstanding goals compared with the traditional safety management methods in the past. The practice of promoting “safety system engineering” both at home and abroad shows that adopting the method of “safety system engineering” can rapidly reduce the accident rate and effectively improve the safety status of the system.
