校企共同育人是我国高职教育发展的必然选择。文章在分析高职校企共同育人的意义基础上,提出提供校企共同育人机制保障,创新人才培养模式、深化课程体系改革,校企共建共管校内外实训基地,构建校企共同育人评价体系,实现校园文化与企业文化的有机融合五个方面建立校企共同育人长效机制的思考。
School-enterprise co-development is the inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational education in our country. On the basis of analyzing the significance of higher vocational school-enterprise joint education, the article proposes to provide the guarantee of joint education mechanism between school-enterprise and innovative personnel training mode, deepen the reform of the curriculum system, build the training base both inside and outside the school Education evaluation system, to achieve the organic integration of campus culture and corporate culture five aspects to establish long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in education thinking.
