“互联网+”成为国家层面的战略,许多传统行业与之相结合是知识和技能创新的模式,是顺应时代的发展潮流。对于“互联网+审判”在互联网思维战略的表现,存在褒贬不一的情况,究其原因主要是涉及法律问题。由于司法审判自身就是带着法治的印记,发展“互联网+审判”必须坚持拥着法治的思维,使得司法改革的信息化建设合法合理。 “Internet + ” has become a national level strategy. The combination of many traditional industries is a model of knowledge and skill innovation and is in keeping with the trend of development of the times. For the “Internet + Trial” in the Internet thinking strategy performance, there are mixed reviews, the reason is mainly related to legal issues.
