作者报告6例患者因手术或外伤在局部应用洗必泰消毒后发生荨麻疹、呼吸困难及过敏性休克等症状。6例患者(男5,女1,年龄9~48岁)皆用洗必泰消毒皮肤、粘膜或皮肤伤口,其浓度为0.05%~1%。发生过敏症状的时间为用药后5~40分钟。6例均出现局限性或全身性荨麻疹,其中4例有咳嗽、哮喘或呼吸困难,1例伴有腹痛,1例睑结膜水肿,1例出现休克,收缩压降至70mmHg。经抗过敏治疗,症状均得以缓解。6例患者在康复
The authors reported symptoms of urticaria, dyspnea and anaphylactic shock in six patients who had been treated with chlorhexidine topically due to surgery or trauma. 6 patients (male 5, female 1, aged 9 to 48 years) were used chlorhexidine disinfection of the skin, mucous membranes or skin wounds, the concentration of 0.05% to 1%. Allergy symptoms occur after 5 to 40 minutes after treatment. Of the 6 cases, there were limitations or generalized urticaria, of which 4 had cough, asthma or dyspnea, 1 with abdominal pain, 1 with palpebral conjunctival edema, 1 with shock, and systolic blood pressure down to 70 mmHg. After anti-allergy treatment, the symptoms are relieved. Six patients were recovering
