目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病冠状动脉造影临床特点进行分析。方法63例确诊冠心病合并糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)与非糖尿病组为同期入院经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的非2型糖尿病患者70例,进行动脉造影后的临床比较。结果糖尿病组与非糖尿病组各项指标比较,经统计学分析P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病合冠心病患者冠脉病变严重,多支病变、弥漫性及末梢病变发生率高,预后差。在2型糖尿病的治疗中,除对血糖的控制外,应同时纠正其他代谢紊乱,早期应用胰岛素,加强冠心病的一级预防。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of coronary artery angiography in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-three CHD patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and non-DM patients were enrolled in the study. The clinical data of 70 patients with non-type 2 diabetes diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography were compared. Results The diabetic group and non-diabetic group compared the various indicators, the statistical analysis of P <0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Coronary artery disease in patients with diabetes mellitus is characterized by severe coronary artery disease, multi-vessel disease, diffuse and peripheral lesions, and poor prognosis. In the treatment of type 2 diabetes, in addition to the control of blood glucose, other metabolic disorders should be corrected at the same time, the early application of insulin, to strengthen the primary prevention of coronary heart disease.
