近年来弹性元件发展很快,出现了“波纹管热”,要求壁厚为0.1～0.2mm的各种直径管材,做为加工波纹管的坯料,材质有:1Cr18Ni9Ti、316L、蒙耐尔、铜及铜合金等。据初步了解,仅各种规格的1Cr18Ni9Ti薄壁管,每年需求量就有20吨之多,目前尚满足不了要求。医用及电子仪器工业需要的是小规格不锈钢薄壁管,其特点是品种规格繁多,每种规格需要量不大,但累计起来也很可观。
