目的通过对陕西省布鲁杆菌病(简称布病)高危职业人群血清检验结果分析,了解布病感染现况。方法根据《陕西省布病监测方案》和《西安布病监测实施方案》要求开展监测,结果判定依据GB15988-1995。结果采集布病血清累计1406份,以省级监测点最多(953份,69.78%),琥红平板凝集试验(RBPT)检测阳性率达4.69%,不同人群RBPT检测阳性率波动在1.99%~18.92%间,以暴发疫点最高,达18.92%;市级监测点为6.23%,省级监测点为1.99%,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=83.9382,v=2,P<0.01)。试管凝集试验(SAT)检测阳性率达39.39%,阳性率波动在26.32%~53.57%之间,以暴发疫点最高,其次为省级监测点和市级监测点,χ2检验差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.2042,v=2,P>0.05)。依据国家标准判定感染者12例,隐性感染和确诊病例各7例,不同感染类型间差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.1100,v=4,P>0.05)。结论监测县血清检验符合率不高的原因与实验中缺乏对照、实验条件控制不好、未开展实验质控等原因有关
Objective To analyze the results of serological test of high-risk occupational population of brucellosis (referred to as brucellosis) in Shaanxi Province to find out the status of brucellosis infection. Methods According to the requirements of “Burden Surveillance Program in Shaanxi Province” and “Surveillance Program of Xi’an Burden Surveillance System”, the results were determined on the basis of GB15988-1995. Results A total of 1,406 serum samples were collected. The positive rate of RBPT detection was 95% (69.78%) at the provincial level and 4.69% by RBPT. The positive rate of RBPT in different populations fluctuated from 1.99% to 18.92 %, The highest outbreak of epidemic point, up to 18.92%; municipal monitoring point was 6.23%, the provincial monitoring point was 1.99%, by χ2 test, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 83.9382, v = 2, P <0.01 ). The positive rate of test tube agglutination test (SAT) was 39.39%, and the positive rate was between 26.32% and 53.57%, with the highest outbreak of epidemic sites, followed by the provincial and municipal monitoring sites. There was no significant difference in χ2 test (χ2 = 4.2042, v = 2, P> 0.05). According to the national standard, 12 cases of infection, 7 cases of latent infection and 7 cases of diagnosis were identified. There was no significant difference among different infection types (χ2 = 6.1100, v = 4, P> 0.05). Conclusions The reasons for the low coincidence rate of serum test in monitoring counties are related to the lack of control in experiments, poor control of experimental conditions, quality control of laboratory tests, etc.
