针对因无铅汽油的使用引起发动机排气门座过度磨损的问题,从气门座的材料与热处理工艺两个方面采取了改进措施,提高了其自润滑性及耐磨性。经台架试验和生产实践证明,效果很好。
In view of the problem of excessive wear of the engine exhaust valve seat caused by the use of unleaded gasoline, the improvement measures are taken from both the material of the valve seat and the heat treatment process to improve the self-lubrication and wear resistance. The bench test and production practice has proved that the effect is very good.
