Changes in various cardiac activities due to cerebral circulatory disorders are called brain-heart syndrome. Brain-heart syndrome because of its clinical manifestations is not significant, the main basis for the diagnosis of heart disease is based on the information of electrocardiography. According to the literature, ECG changes in patients with acute cerebral circulation disorders are mainly sinus bradycardia or tachycardia, extrasystoles, fibrillation arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, P wave changes, Q-T segment Extended, ST segment removed baseline and T wave and U wave changes. Many scholars studied the ECG changes can not identify the characteristics of cerebral blood flow disorders. That most did not take into account the pre-stroke myocardial changes in the premise of its dynamic process of research is not enough. Information on the incidence of brain-heart syndrome is not uniform.
