目的观察无精子症患者血清生殖激素结合精浆生化指标的变化特点。方法无精子症患者根据睾丸活检病理结果分为梗阻性(A组)23例和非梗阻性(B组)16例,选择正常生育的男性11例为正常对照组。分析比较精液常规参数、精浆果糖含量、中性—糖苷酶和血清卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)、催乳激素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)。结果 A组精浆果糖含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精液量、p H值和精浆中性—糖苷酶活性与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组精液量、p H值和精浆果糖含量、NAG活性均低于对照组和A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血清FSH、LH、E2本研究、T和PRL含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组血清FSH、LH和PRL含量明显高于对照组或A组,T含量明显低于对照组或A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清生殖激素联合精浆生化是鉴别非梗阻性与梗阻性无精子症的重要指标,在临床上值得推广。
Objective To observe the changes of biochemical indexes of serum reproductive hormone combined with seminal plasma in patients with azoospermia. Methods Azoospermia patients were divided into obstructive (group A) 23 cases and non-obstructive group (group B) 16 cases according to the results of testicular biopsy. Eleven healthy male subjects were selected as normal control group. Analysis of semen parameters, refined fructose content, neutral-glycosidase and serum FSH, LH, T, PRL and E2 were analyzed. Results The fructose content of seminal plasma in group A was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in semen volume, p H value and seminal plasma neutral glycosidase activity compared with control group (P > 0.05). Group B semen volume, p H value and fructose fructose content, NAG activity were lower than the control group and A group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Serum FSH, LH and E2 in group A In this study, the contents of T and PRL were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05); the contents of FSH, LH and PRL in group B were significantly higher than those in control group or group A Significantly lower than the control group or group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum reproductive hormone combined with seminal plasma biochemical identification of non-obstructive and obstructive azoospermia is an important indicator of clinical worthy of promotion.
