目的:探讨非骨化纤维瘤的CT表现,提高对此病影像诊断的准确性。方法:使用美国GE Lightspeed plus 4排和GE Lightspeed VCT 64排CT扫描仪,对2008年1月~2012年1月期间在本院检查的10例资料完整的经病理证实的非骨化性纤维瘤病例进行CT检查,又对图像进行多平面重建及三维重建处理。结果:其中位于胫骨5例,股骨4例,腓骨1例;皮质型6例,病变向骨内发展突入髓腔,周围有致密的硬化带环绕,以髓腔侧明显;髓质型4例,病灶在骨内呈中央性发展,显示为单房或多房透亮区。结论:运用多层螺旋CT的薄层扫描及多平面重建,能更清晰地显示非骨化纤维瘤的影像特征,可以提高诊断的正确率,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the CT findings of non-ossifying fibroma and improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis. METHODS: Ten patients with pathologically confirmed non-ossifying fibroma examined in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 using GE Lightspeed plus 4-row and GE Lightspeed VCT 64-row CT scanners were enrolled in this study. CT examination of the cases, and the image multi-plane reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction. Results: Among them, there were 5 cases of tibia, 4 cases of femur and 1 case of fibula. Six cases of cortical type developed into the medullary cavity, surrounded by dense sclerosis band, Lesions showed a central development in the bone, showing single or multiple translucent area. Conclusion: The multi-slice spiral CT scan and multiplanar reconstruction can clearly show the imaging features of non-ossifying fibroma, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and has high value.
