目的为提高医疗质量和安全,监测Philips-Precedence双探头单光子发射计算机断层成像仪(SPECT)的性能状态。方法根据美国电气制造商协会标准和厂家设计条件,经自制点源、旋转中心模型,分别对仪器的能峰、固有均匀性、旋转中心这3个指标进行常规测试,质量控制(质控)监测频率为2次/周(能峰、固有均匀性)或1次/周(旋转中心)。对2008年-2012年的Philips-Precedence双探头SPECT进行质控监测。结果 2008年-2012年,探头1的能峰5年平均值为(139.23±0.32)ke V,探头2的能峰5年平均值为(138.97±0.45)ke V,均在参考值范围内[(140±3)ke V]。并且双探头的旋转中心数据均在正常范围内且稳定性很好。固有均匀性质控数据分析显示,探头1在2009年、2010年和2011年的中心视野(CFOV)和有效视野(UFOV)与2008年比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),只有2012年的CFOV和UFOV与2008年相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探头2在2009年、2011年与2008年相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在2010年、2012年与2008年相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着使用时间延长,SPECT的均匀性会逐渐变差。但采用定期的质控和护养措施,可使SPECT的性能参数保持稳定,提高设备使用率。
Objective To monitor the performance status of the Philips-Precedence Dual-Probe Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) to improve the quality and safety of care. Methods According to the standards of American Electrical Manufacturers Association (EBAA) and manufacturer design conditions, the three points of energy peak, inherent uniformity and rotation center of the instrument were tested by routine point source and rotation center model, and the quality control (quality control) The frequency is 2 times / week (energy peak, inherent uniformity) or 1 time / week (rotation center). Intrinsic homogeneity of quality control data analysis showed that probe 1 had no significant difference in CFOV and UFOV in 2009, 2010 and 2011 compared with 2008 (P> 0.05). Only in 2012 There was significant difference between CFOV and UFOV in 2008 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between probe 2 and 2009 in 2009, 2011 and 2008 (P> 0.05), while in 2010 and 2012 Compared with 2008, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion With the use of time, SPECT uniformity will gradually deteriorate. However, with regular quality control and maintenance measures, the performance parameters of SPECT can be kept stable and the equipment utilization rate can be increased.
