不久前,常德市财政局召开了一次研讨会,会议中心主题是总结财政改革实践经验和成效,继续拓展财政改革的深度与广度,更好地实践“三个代表”重要思想。本刊专栏记者参加了会议,认为常德市财政改革的一些做法颇为可取,今后深化财政改革的一些打算也很有针对性,值得推介。如是之,将记者发回的稿件进行编辑后,本刊现予以刊出,以期收到各地相互学习,共同促进我省财政发展之功效。
Not long ago, the Changde Municipal Bureau of Finance held a seminar. The theme of the conference center was to summarize the practical experience and achievements in fiscal reform, continue to expand the depth and breadth of fiscal reform and better implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ Journalists at this press conference attended the meeting, holding that some measures of the financial reform in Changde City are quite desirable. Some of the plans for deepening the fiscal reform in the future are also very specific and worthy of promotion. In the case of editing the manuscript sent back by the reporter, the journal appears to be published in the hope of receiving the effects of mutual learning and promoting the financial development in our province.
