“消费者的权益”是人教版思想品德八年级下册第八课的教学内容。笔者通过对这节课教材内容的研究和教师课堂教学的观察,发现教材中存在着一些本不该存在的“缺陷”。由于教材的缺陷和教师法律知识贮备的不足,带来了一系列课堂教学的“不完美”。笔者通过查阅法律资料,观察课堂教学,提出了一些自己的思考和改进建议,以期能切实提高思想品德课堂教学效益。
“Consumer Rights ” is the teaching content of the eighth edition of the eighth grade of the eighth edition of the PEP. Through the study of the contents of this lesson and teachers’ classroom teaching, I find that there are some “defects” that should not exist in the textbooks. Due to the shortcomings of teaching materials and inadequate reserve of teachers’ legal knowledge, a series of “imperfection” in classroom teaching has been brought. By referring to legal materials and observing classroom teaching, the author puts forward some suggestions for his own thinking and suggestions for improvement so as to effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and moral lessons.
