西宁汽车站是青海省道路旅客运输公用型一级汽车客运站,也是交通部重点规划建设的全国45个公路主枢纽站之一,主要承担省内及省际周边地区的道路快客运输及服务、道路普客运输及服务、旅游客运及服务等项业务。 自1987年4月,西宁汽车站与武警西宁支队结成共建友好单位。19年来,围绕促进部队建设和企业三个文明建设协调发展这一根本目标,双方充分发挥各自的优势,相互学习、相互支持、相互促进、共同提高,有力地推动了军地建设。1997年车站被中宣部、解放军总政治部评为“军民共建社会主义精神文明先进单位”;同年被青海西藏驻军部队共建文明青藏线领导小组评为“军民共建文明青藏线先进单位”;1998年、2009年、2004年荣获“省级文明单位标兵”称号。今年7月又被全国双拥工作领导小组、中宣部、中央文明委、国家民政部、解放军总政治部评为“全国军民共建社会主义精神文明先进单位”。 多年来,军地双方加强领导,健全制度,不断提高共建工作水平。成立了军民共建领导小组,制定了《共建公约》、《军民共建活动计划》,签订了《军民共建精神文明协议书》,确保军民共建工作的规范化、制度化和经常化,使之有计划、有措施,件件有落实。主要抓了构筑“五项工程”建设。 一是构筑“素质工程”。通过采取双方互派人员到对方讲传统、讲理论、讲政策等形式开展“联学联讲”活动。广泛开展爱国主义和部队光荣传统教育。组织职工到部队参观内务卫生、执勤训练、过军事日,培养了职工吃苦耐劳的精神和雷厉风行的工作作风。开展法律知识竞赛、观看电教片,提高了广大职工和武警官兵的法制观念。不断加强对职工的职业道德教育。大力倡导“爱岗敬业、诚实守信、服务群众”的职业道德规范。 二是构筑“形象工程”。通过加大硬件设施更新改造,全面提升站务综合服务功能。累计投资上千万元,相继完成50余项站务设施技改维修工程项目,以及站务微机网络系统的更新换代,实现了客运业务奎过程计算机自动化管理。积极打造“青藏高原第一站”服务品牌,大力倡导“宾馆式服务”、“零距离服务”和“一站式服务”,全面提升了服务水平。
