Coastal tourism is the most traditional and major form of tourism, but also the fastest growing area of modern tourism, both at home and abroad have a pivotal position. Global change is likely to be caused by human activities and affect the development of tourism. Tourism contributes to global change by emitting large amounts of greenhouse gases through the use of transportation systems, especially air travel, accommodation and catering at tourist destinations. Sustainable coastal tourism is based on sustainable resource development and management. In the context of global change, achieving this goal requires the exchange of coastal tourism patterns and product types, changes in the way tourism resources are used, and stakeholder collaboration Coastal tourism resources to optimize the development and effective management: Green thinking to guide low-carbon tourism model, the development of ecotourism and alternative tourism and other new products; promote carbon reduction and emission reduction, the development of carbon offsets and carbon economy, the development of carbon emissions standards to encourage new Energy conservation and energy saving technologies; encouraging community involvement, balancing the benefits and interests of stakeholders, and in particular, exploring the views, attitude, responsibility and consensus on global change among local community residents, tourists and government workers. These measures will be optimized in a planning-management-monitoring-assessment dynamic model. Due to the limited data available for the relevant studies, the data cited in this paper is partly due to the findings of the study on tourism as a whole.
