三自由度转台作为高精度飞行器飞行姿态半物理仿真关键设备,其结构刚度、强度特性是影响其姿态仿真准确度的关键因素。有限元分析法是应用于机械设计过程中复杂结构分析的数值分析方法,具有良好的实用性、方便性和准确度。为寻找合适结构刚度优化方法,基于UGNX7.0的有限元分析功能对三自由度转台系统进行了静力学分析和模态分析,采用从局部到整体分析方式,成功分析出转台结构的薄弱环节并对其进行了结构优化,使得设计方案满足设计要求。
Three-DOF turntable, as the critical equipment of semi-physical simulation of flying attitude of high-precision aircraft, the structural stiffness and strength characteristics are the key factors affecting the accuracy of attitude simulation. The finite element analysis method is a numerical analysis method applied to the complicated structure analysis in the mechanical design process, which has good practicability, convenience and accuracy. In order to find the optimum method of stiffness optimization, the three-DOF turntable system based on the finite element analysis (UGNX7.0) was used to analyze the static and modal analysis. From the local to the overall analysis, the weaknesses of the turntable structure were analyzed. Its structural optimization, making the design to meet the design requirements.
