目的:对50例眩晕症患者联合应用异丙嗪、掊他司汀、西比灵进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。方法:根据症状轻重不同给予不同治疗方案,重症患者给予:①异丙嗪25 mg,肌内注射,根据症状变化情况用1～2次;对呕吐予普鲁卡因溴米那2 ml或胃复安10 mg,肌内注射;②培他司汀NaCl注射液250 ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,西比灵每晚1次口服,65岁以上患者5 mg,65岁以下10 mg,10 d为1个疗程;中度患者给予联合应用培他司汀、西比灵;轻症患者单用培他司汀,方法同上。结果:治愈40例,治愈率为80%,好转4例,好转率为8%,无效6例,总有效率为88%。结论:联合应用异丙嗪、培他司汀、西比灵治疗眩晕症状有效。
OBJECTIVE: To treat 50 vertigo patients with promethazine, ostaristine and xibinger, and to observe their therapeutic effect. Conclusion: The combination of promethazine, peracetam, and xibeilin can effectively treat vertigo.
