随着全面素质教育的改革与推进,如何正确引导高校女大学生进行科学的体育锻炼,加强她们的身体素质,成为高等学校体育教育改革关注的内容之一。本文对上世纪92-95年出生的女大学生经期身体锻炼和经期体育心理调查结果表明,阻碍其参加经期锻炼的主要因素,是以情绪为主导作用的心理障碍。在教学中运用多种方法进行分组对比实验,实验组不仅能积极主动参加经期锻炼,而且排除不良情绪干扰的自我调节能力有所增强,身体素质提高较快。实验结果表明,积极的教学措施在体育心理研究上有一定的实用价值。
With the reform and promotion of overall quality education, how to correctly guide the college female students to carry out scientific physical exercises and strengthen their physical quality has become one of the focuses of the reform in physical education of colleges and universities. The results of menstrual physical exercise and menstrual physical education survey on female college students born in 1992-95 show that the main obstacle to their menstrual exercise is the psychological disorder with emotion as the leading factor. In the teaching of using a variety of methods for group comparison experiments, the experimental group can not only take the initiative to participate in menstrual exercise, and exclude the negative emotional disturbance of self-regulation ability has been enhanced, the physical quality increased rapidly. The experimental results show that positive teaching methods have certain practical value in sports psychology research.
