目的探讨CT导向下125I粒子组织间植入治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年3月我院收治的14例直肠癌盆腔复发患者,回顾性分析CT导向下125I粒子组织间植入治疗的临床疗效。结果患者术后2个月肿瘤缓解率为92.9%,术后6个月肿瘤缓解率为85.7%;治疗后生存率为100.0%,且术后6个月内均得到随访。结论在临床治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发疾病,采用CT导向下125I粒子组织间植入方法效果较好,且延长患者有效的生命周期。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CT-guided implantation of 125I seeds in pelvic recurrence of refractory rectal cancer. Methods From January 2010 to March 2012, 14 patients with pelvic recurrence of rectal cancer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects of CT guided 125I seed implantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumor remission rate was 92.9% at 2 months after operation and the tumor remission rate was 85.7% at 6 months after operation. The survival rate after treatment was 100.0% and was followed up within 6 months after operation. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pelvic recurrence of refractory rectal cancer, CT-guided implantation of 125I seeds is effective and prolongs the effective life cycle of patients.
