上海总部基地现在还处于发展阶段,未来将有更大的发展潜力空间上海经济的高速增长,尤其制造、科研、金融、医药等行业的迅速成长,吸引着越来越多的世界500强等实力企业进入并开设地区总部。截至今年7月,跨国公司在上海设立的地区总部总数达281家,外资研发中心311家。由于这些企业整体搬迁总部的意愿较为强烈,上海总部基地独栋办公楼的需求不断升温,这将驱动上海总部基地进入一个高速发展阶段。浦东、闵行、松江、青浦成为近年总部基地的主要建设区域。
