目的:研究ZTC1+1天然澄清剂用于赤芍药材除杂方法。方法:采用单因素实验设计方法对ZTC1+1天然澄清剂的影响因素进行考察,并得出最佳因素组合与醇沉方法进行对比。结果:ZTC1+1天然澄清剂的除杂效果要比醇沉好。结论:采用ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对中药水提液除杂是一个较好的方法,该方法有方便、经济、除杂效果好、安全等优点。
Objective: To study ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifying agent for the method of impurity removal of Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods: The influencing factors of ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifier were investigated by single factor experimental design method, and the best combination of factors and alcohol sink method were obtained. Results: ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifying agent should be better than alcohol. Conclusion: ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifying agent is a better method to purify the traditional Chinese medicine water extract. This method has the advantages of convenience, economy, good impurity removal and safety.
