近年来,中国房地产价格的持续走高,引起了政府及经济界的高度关注,也引起广大消费者的不满。从2010年开始,国家及地方政府陆续出台了一系列调控政策来稳定房地产市场。在经历了二年多的攻防后,一线城市的房价基本趋于平稳,有些甚至开始回落,标志着国家行政和经济双重调控政策已经开始取得成效。但不管怎样,房价的平稳客观上缓解了各级政府问责制
In recent years, the continuous rise in the real estate prices in China has drawn great attention from the government and the economic circles and also aroused the dissatisfaction of consumers. Since 2010, a series of regulatory policies have been promulgated by national and local governments to stabilize the real estate market. After more than two years of offensive and defensive purposes, housing prices in the first-tier cities basically stabilized and some even started to fall back, marking the beginning of the effectiveness of the state’s dual economic and administrative control policies. However, anyway, the steady and objective housing prices have eased the accountability system of all levels of government
