加强环境执法是搞好环境保护的基本前提,执法实践离不开法学原理的指导。学习现代环境法学的基本知识,对加强环境执法大有裨益。为此,本刊特别邀请我国著名的环境法学者、中国法学会理事、国家环保局武汉大学环境法研究所所长、博士生导师蔡守秋教授主办现代环境法系列讲座,以飨读者。
Enforcing environmental law enforcement is the basic premise of doing a good job of environmental protection. The enforcement of law enforcement can not be separated from the guidance of legal principles. Studying the basic knowledge of modern environmental jurisprudence is of great benefit to enhancing environmental law enforcement. To this end, this magazine specially invited China’s famous environmental law scholars, the Chinese Law Society, the State Environmental Protection Administration of Wuhan University Institute of Environmental Law, doctoral tutor Professor Cai Shouqiu hosted a series of modern environmental law lectures to readers.
