编辑同志: 我是1968年从武汉下乡到山区落户的知识青年,现在一个少数民族聚居的山区从事幼教工作。通过和土族、苗族人民的广泛接触,加上职业的习惯和追求,我对这儿民族民间的儿童游戏产生了浓厚的兴趣。经过观察、采访、参予儿童们的游戏,我深深惊叹,一个民族的心理、气质、特征以及审美习惯,都从这童稚的时期就开始孕育了。作为一个在少数民族地区工作的幼儿教师,如何使幼教工作适应于这个地区的民族习惯,如何更好地为少数民族服务,这是一个摆在我们面前的新课题。
Editor’s Comrade: I was a young intellectual who settled down in the mountains from Wuhan in 1968 and is now engaged in early childhood education in a mountainous area where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities. Through extensive contacts with the Tu and Miao people and with the customs and pursuits of the profession, I have shown great interest in ethnic children’s games here. After observing, interviewing and participating in the children’s games, I am deeply amazed that the ethos, temperament, characteristics and aesthetic habits of a nation have been born from this naive period. As a kindergarten teacher working in ethnic minority areas, how to adapt early childhood education to ethnic customs in this region and how to better serve ethnic minorities is a new issue before us.
