随着社会的不断发展和经济改革的不断深化,企业的竞争日益激烈,企业能否在市场竞争日益激烈的社会生存和发展,关键是靠职工的综合素质,因此,如何提高职工队伍的整体素质成为企业面临的一大难题。职工教育一方面可以全面提高职工的文化水平、道德素质和服务能力,为企业今后的发展提供动力;另一方面,职工教育也是提高企业综合竞争力的重要手段。为此,本文结合实际情况,在分析目前企业职工教育存在的问题的基础上,提出相应的建议,以改善当前企业职工教育现状。
With the constant development of society and the deepening of economic reform, the competition of enterprises is getting fiercer.
