通过实例介绍了使用定制铝板折弯成U形件,在其上精加工出精密安装孔、面,再将其他部件与其组装成天线框架的工艺方法。研制过程中成功解决了大尺寸铝板折弯、U形件工艺过程刚性增强和铸造铝合金热处理强化等技术难题,产品实物已经通过相关力学试验和飞行试验。对天线框架研制中的工艺工作要点做了简要说明,还介绍了研制工艺策划工作。
An example is given to introduce the process of using a customized aluminum plate to bend into a U-shaped part, and then precision mounting holes and surfaces are machined thereon, and then the other components are assembled into an antenna frame. In the process of development, the technical problems such as bending of large-size aluminum plate, strengthening of U-shaped parts in process and strengthening of heat treatment of cast aluminum alloy have been successfully solved. The products have already passed the relevant mechanical tests and flight tests. Made a brief description of the key points in the process of antenna frame research, also introduced the development of process planning.
