用X射线衍射仪记录法,按Lipson程序对斜方晶系的怒导物质YBa_2Cu_3Oy,进行晶面指数的标定。首先Lipson标定程序是对全部的反射线求出1/d~2的差值(或sin~2θ的差值),这些差值含有(nk00)、(0nk0)、(00nl)、(0kl)、(1kl)、(2kl)和(hkl)、(2h2k21)等晶面的一些1/d_2值。从这些差值中去寻找(100)、(010)和(001)晶面的反射(它们不可能同时出现)。当它们被找到以后,则可按传统的斜方晶系面间距计算公式对每条反射线进行匹配。若匹配结果的误差在允许的误差范围内,则指标化完毕。反之要重新选择(100)、(010)和(001)晶面的q值,或者对所选择的三个晶面反射进行修正,直至得出令人满意的结果。
Using X-ray diffractometry, Lipson program was used to calibrate the lattice index of the orthorhombic pyramidal YBa_2Cu_3Oy. The first Lipson calibration procedure is to find the difference of 1 / d ~ 2 (or the difference of sin ~ 2θ) for all the reflection lines. These differences include (nk00), (0nk0), (00nl), (0kl) (1kl), (2kl) and (hkl), (2h2k21) and other crystal plane of some 1 / d_2 value. From these differences, look for reflections of the (100), (010) and (001) planes (they can not occur simultaneously). After they are found, each of the rays can be matched according to the traditional rhombic-plane spacing formula. If the matching results of the error within the allowable error range, the indexing is completed. Instead, the q values of the (100), (010) and (001) planes should be reselected or the reflections of the three planes selected should be corrected until a satisfactory result is obtained.
