一、现行融资模式在产权交易 中的问题与障碍 企业在实施产权收购时,一般 是利用已有资金,或处置资产来筹 措收购资金,当资金不足时,往往需 要对外融资,对于那些高成长型中 小企业尤其如此。在目前的实际操 作中,主要是以间接融资为主,直接 融资为辅,归纳起来主要有三种模 式:银行贷款、民间借贷、增发股票。 但由于产权收购的特殊性,在我国 目前的法律法规框架下,这三种融 资模式均存在不同程度的法律限 制。
