对外汉语教师在文化教学工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。在对外汉语教学中,教师就是汉语文化的传播者,教师的言行是学生所能够接触到的鲜活的“文化教材”。因此,在与学生的接触中,在教学工作的组织上,对外汉语教师都应当为自己所传递给学生的文化信息负责,时刻具备文化传播的意识。论文从对外汉语教师自身形象的树立和教学中应该具备的文化传播意识两个方面来讨论。在具体的教学工作中,教师应该具备的文化传播意识包括四方面:文化时比意识、对文化内容辨别和选择的意识、以实践性指导课堂设计的意识和引导学生接触真实的社会文化的意识。
Foreign language teachers play an irreplaceable role in cultural teaching. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the teacher is the communicator of Chinese culture. The teacher’s words and deeds are the fresh “cultural teaching materials” that students can come into contact with. Therefore, in the contact with the students, the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should be responsible for the cultural information they pass to the students and always have the awareness of cultural transmission. The dissertation discusses from two aspects: the establishment of self-image of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and the awareness of cultural communication that should be provided in teaching. In the specific teaching work, teachers should have the awareness of cultural transmission including four aspects: the awareness of culture than of consciousness, the discrimination of cultural contents and choice, the practicality of guiding the design of classroom and the awareness of guiding students to contact with real social culture .
