目的本研究探讨RAPD-PCR在医院感染病原菌流行病学分析上的应用。方法收集重症脑卒中使用机械通气的患者中,呼吸机相关性肺炎常见致病菌并进行细菌表型鉴定及RAPD基因分型。结果在生物学分型相同的细菌中有不同的基因型。通过基因分型能明确判定交叉感染及院内感染流行的存在。结论RAPD可用于医院感染的常规监控及临床用药指导。
Objective This study was to investigate the application of RAPD-PCR in epidemiological analysis of nosocomial infectious pathogens. Methods To collect the common pathogenic bacteria of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with severe stroke using mechanical ventilation and to identify the bacterial phenotype and RAPD genotyping. The result is that there are different genotypes in the same typed bacteria. By genotyping can clearly determine the presence of cross-infection and nosocomial infection. Conclusion RAPD can be used for routine monitoring of nosocomial infections and guidance for clinical use.
