用中医脏腑、气血辨证探讨海洛因戒断稽延症状的成因及相应治法，认为成瘾者脱瘾后以气血耗损，五脏亏虚为本。其中不寐多由阴虚火旺，心肾不交所致，治应滋阴降火，交通心肾；骨痛多因气血两虚引起，治宜补益气血，化痰通络；纳差多缘脾胃失健，取健脾和胃为大法。并探讨了“心瘾”的机制及治法。
