合成长臂光敏地高辛，并使用光标记法对幽门螺旋杆菌脲酶Ａ基因片段进行标记。对此探针的灵敏度进行分析。并使用它对胃炎和胃癌组织内的幽门螺旋杆菌进行原位杂交检测和分析。
The long-arm photosensitivity digoxin was synthesized and the H. pylori urease A gene fragment was labeled using a light-labeling method. The sensitivity of this probe was analyzed. And it was used for in situ hybridization detection and analysis of Helicobacter pylori in gastritis and gastric cancer tissues.
