目的:观察米力农注射液对脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:选取SD雄性大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、假手术组、脓毒症模型组及米力农小剂量组、米力农大剂量组。建立脓毒症模型,采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)复制脓毒症模型的方法;24 h后检测血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、心肌同工酶(creatine kinase-MB),CK-MB及心肌组织中的内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-a,TNF-α)水平。结果:模型组血清cTnI、CK-MB及心肌中ET-1和TNF-α明显高于对照组,P值均<0.01;米力农小剂量组血清cTnI、CK-MB、心肌中ET-1和TNF-α与模型组相比差异不明显,P值均>0.05;米力农大剂量组血清cTnI、CK-MB、心肌中ET-1和TNF-α明显低于模型组,P值均<0.01。结论:米力农对脓毒症心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Milrinone injection on myocardial injury in septic rats. Methods: Sixty SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, sham operation group, sepsis model group, milrinone low dose group and milimon high dose group. The model of sepsis was established. The model of sepsis was replicated by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Serum levels of cTnI, creatine kinase-MB, , Endothelin-1 (ET-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in CK-MB and myocardium. Results: Serum levels of cTnI, CK-MB and myocardial ET-1 and TNF-α in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Milrinone has a protective effect on myocardial injury induced by sepsis.
