作者通过28只犬观察了急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)时血液凝血象变化,发现在诱发犬的ANP后出现血小板、纤维蛋白原及凝血因子的消耗及纤溶激活。作者认为ANP时胰酶及毒性产物的大量入血,激活了凝血纤溶系统,是导致胰腺微循环中血栓形成的重要原因之一,在ANP病变恶化过程中占有一定地位。
The authors observed blood coagulation changes in acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) in 28 dogs and found that consumption of platelets, fibrinogen, and clotting factors, and fibrinolytic activation were found after ANP induction in dogs. Authors believe that when ANP pancreatic enzymes and toxic products into a large number of blood, activate the coagulation and fibrinolysis system is one of the important causes of thrombosis in the pancreas microcirculation, ANP lesions in the deterioration of the process occupies a certain position.
