兴古潜山油藏高温阻垢剂研制

辽河油田兴古潜山油藏生产井结垢现象日益严重,其中电潜泵井结垢率为100%,抽油机井结垢率达60%,降低了油井产量,造成生产管线或设备堵塞。统计发现,井筒中结垢主要发生在射孔井段以上、动液面以下(温度45℃以上)的套管、尾管、油管、抽油泵、抽油杆上,具体表现为筛管、尾管堵塞,垢卡抽油泵,双凡尔漏失,抽油杆断脱,油管磨穿等现象,现有的防垢剂在潜山160℃的油层条件下无法满足生产需要。为此,开展了兴古潜山油藏高温防垢技术研究。通过潜山地层水质分析,总结了该块结垢原因及规律,研制出高分子团结构的高温阻垢剂,经过室内试验,验证其在160℃的高温下仍具有85%的防垢率。通过50余井次现场试验表明,从井口加入耐高温防垢剂后,井筒及地面管线的结垢现象明显减少,管线压力平稳,未影响油井产量,保证了兴古潜山油藏生产顺利进行。 Scale formation in Hinggan buried hill reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield is becoming increasingly serious. To this end, carry out high-temperature anti-scaling Hing buried hill reservoir technology research. Based on the analysis of the water quality in the buried hill, the cause and rule of the scaling of the block were summarized, and the high temperature scale inhibitor was developed. After the indoor test, it was verified that it still has 85% anti-scaling rate under the high temperature of 160 ℃. Through more than 50 in-site tests showed that after the addition of high-temperature anti-scale agent from the wellhead, the wellbore and ground pipeline fouling significantly reduced the pipeline pressure was stable, did not affect the oil well production, to ensure the successful production of Hingu buried hill reservoir .
