目的:观察蜘蛛香环烯醚萜类成分ZXX对小鼠腹泻的治疗作用。方法:采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型、应激加番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型和利血平致小鼠腹泻模型,观察ZXX对腹泻模型小鼠排便的影响。结果:ZXX高剂量可显著延长番泻叶模型小鼠和应激加番泻叶模型小鼠的排便潜伏期;ZXX的3种剂量均可显著减缓利血平化模型小鼠的肠推进率;ZXX各剂量有增加利血平化小鼠自主活动趋势,但无统计学意义;ZXX高、中剂量组对利血平慢性给药所致体温下降均有明显拮抗作用并可明显逆转利血平化小鼠闭眼状况。结论:蜘蛛香环烯醚萜类成分ZXX具有止泻作用,提示其可能是改善腹泻型肠易激综合征的有效物质基础。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of arachidonicoid terpenoid ZXX on mice diarrhea. Methods: Diarrhea model induced by senna was used to induce diarrhea induced by senna in mice and diarrhea model induced by reserpine in rats. The effects of ZXX on defecation in diarrhea model mice were observed. Results: High doses of ZXX could significantly prolong the defecation latency of senna model mice and senna plus model mice; all three doses of ZXX significantly slowed the rate of intestinal propulsion in reserpine-deprived mice; ZXX Each dose increased the tendency of autonomic activity of reserpine-induced mice, but there was no statistical significance. ZXX high and middle dose groups significantly inhibited the decline of body temperature caused by chronic administration of reserpine and could obviously reverse the reserpine Mouse eyes closed condition. CONCLUSION: ZXX, a spine aromatic iridoid, has antidiarrheal effect, suggesting that it may be an effective material basis for improving diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
