新疆天业集团是新疆兵团农八师的支柱产业。在新疆兵团给于大量政策和经济的支持下,新疆天业集团从一个即将濒临倒闭的小型国有企业,逐步成为今天全新疆乃至全国闻名的大型化工企业。在企业十几年的发展历程中,新疆天业集团紧跟高科技的步伐,逐步实现机械的远程监控;实现机械远程监控不可避免需要相关的专业型新生代人才,本文以新疆天业集团新生代员工作为研究对象,分析新疆天业集团发展过程中新生代员工离职的原因,并结合新疆天业集团的人才结构和员工流动情况,提出针对性的对策建议,对新疆天业集团发展提供借鉴。
Xinjiang Tianye Group is the backbone of the Xinjiang Corps eight division industry. Under the support of Xinjiang Corps for a large number of policies and the economy, Xinjiang Tianye Group has gradually become a large-scale chemical enterprise well-known in Xinjiang and the whole country from a small state-owned enterprise that is on the brink of collapse. In the course of more than ten years of development, Xinjiang Tianye Group closely follows the pace of high technology and gradually realizes the remote monitoring of machinery. To realize the mechanical remote monitoring, it is inevitable to have relevant professional new generation of talents. In this paper, Xinjiang Tianye Group Freshmen On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the new generation of employees leaving Xinjiang during the development of Xinjiang Tianye Group and combining with the talent structure and employee turnover in Xinjiang Tianye Group and putting forward pertinent countermeasures and suggestions to provide a reference for the development of Xinjiang Tianye Group .
