在分析高师体育教师教学理念和方法存在的一些问题以及认识到教师理念和方法改革的重要性的基础上,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等提出一些可行性对策和建议。
Based on the analysis of some problems existing in the teaching concept and method of PE teachers in normal colleges and the importance of reforming teachers’ conceptions and methods, this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions through literature review and expert interviews.
