1前言裂解装置汽包是上海90万t/a乙烯工程裂解区的重点设备。本文简要介绍了裂解装置汽包的制造与无损检验,通过对主体材料13MnNiMoNbR焊接性分析和工艺评定试验,制定了防止该类钢产生冷裂纹、再热裂纹的工艺措施,选择了最佳焊接材料匹配和焊接规范参数。同时为保证焊缝的高韧性要求,制定了切实可行的工艺方案,经各项无损检验后,质量优异,完全满足了设计要求。2汽包的工艺性能裂解炉辐射盘管出口的高温裂解气进入余热锅炉,被锅炉给水冷却,并产生蒸汽。裂解气经进一步冷却后送入预分馏系统,而高压蒸汽则进入汽
