目的探讨细胞凋亡和细胞增殖在成釉细胞瘤发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测27例良性成釉细胞瘤和17例恶性成釉细胞瘤中Bc l-2、c-myc和PCNA的表达。结果c-myc和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在恶性成釉细胞瘤中的表达显著高于良性成釉细胞瘤(P<0.01)。Bc l-2的表达在良、恶性之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。c-myc和PCNA表达之间呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论Bc l-2和c-myc可能与成釉细胞瘤的发生发展有关,c-myc参与细胞的恶性转化,c-myc和PCNA可作为鉴别良恶性成釉细胞瘤的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the role of apoptosis and cell proliferation in the development of ameloblastoma. Methods The expression of Bcl-2, c-myc and PCNA in 27 cases of benign ameloblastoma and 17 cases of malignant ameloblastoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expression of c-myc and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in malignant ameloblastoma was significantly higher than that in benign ameloblastoma (P <0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 was not significantly different between benign and malignant (P> 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between c-myc and PCNA expression (P <0.01). Conclusions Bcl-2 and c-myc may be involved in the development of ameloblastoma. C-myc is involved in the malignant transformation of cells. C-myc and PCNA may serve as a reference for differentiating benign and malignant ameloblastoma.
