为考察库存系统三个性能指标即稳定性和服务水平以及成本之间的关系,本文建立库存系统动态模型。模型同时考虑不同需求模式和订货量、库存量非负限制,使其更符合企业实际。通过计算李雅普诺夫指数,确定不同提前期下系统的稳定边界,并结合仿真实验确定的高服务水平、低库存成本区域,分别给出了确定需求和ARIMA随机需求不同提前期下系统的最优库存策略域。实验表明,两种需求模式下,不同提前期的最优库存策略域存在交集,因此管理者可以选其交集作为库存决策方案,从而使库存系统保持较高的性能运作。
In order to investigate the relationship between the three performance indexes of inventory system, namely, stability and service level and cost, this paper establishes a dynamic model of inventory system. The model takes into account different demand patterns and order quantities, non-negative inventory limit, making it more in line with the actual business. By calculating Lyapunov exponents, the stability boundary of the system under different lead time is determined. Combined with the high service level and the low inventory cost region determined by the simulation experiment, the optimal system for determining the demand and ARIMA stochastic demand under different lead times are given respectively. Experiments show that under the two demand modes, the optimal inventory strategy domains of different lead times have intersection, so managers can choose their intersection as the inventory decision-making scheme so that the inventory system can maintain high performance.
