《新闻记者》杂志让我对报纸宣传谈些看法、意见,这使我感到有些为难,真不知从何谈起。说实在的,对报纸宣传,我是个彻底的外行,一窍不通。我只想到我们每天都要读报、听广播,通过报纸、广播来了解我们的社会,了解世界上已发生了什么事情,将要发生什么事情,会有着什么样的变化?即便当我一天工作下来,疲倦得睁不开眼时,如果这天我没有看到报纸就上床,那末总觉得似乎一天的工作还有一部分未了。所以,报纸已成为自己日常生活中不可缺少的一个组成部分。我觉得新闻工作的重要性是不言而喻的。正因为如此,人们对报纸的宣传自然提出了很高的要求,希望报纸上发表的每则报道,宣传的每件事情,都是真实的、准确的,实事求是地把各种信息传递给读者。当然,要完全达到这一要求,并不是那么容易的。我认为,新闻记者与我们演员有一个共同之处,那就是我们都是从事精神文明建设 I was somewhat embarrassed by Journalist magazine for letting me talk about the propaganda of the newspaper.
